Urbanspoon - Restaurant & Food Reviews App Reviews

This app used to be my go to for finding places to eat. After they got bought out it has gone down the drain.

What the eff happened? This app used to be so useful and now its complete garbage. Screw zomato!

I changed devices and havent had the need for urbanspoon. I reinstall it despite all the negative reviews and it cant even load the database. Never mind. I used to love it.

Horrible. Please bring back urbanspoon.

Urbanspoon would highlight places to eat that Zomato chooses to ignore. I deleted this off my phone.

I travel for a living, part of my job is client lunches and dinners. Left to the clients it would be one chain restaurant after another. I used to rely on Urban Spoon and the sophisticated palettes of the apps users to guide me. It is now a yelp wannabe.

Zomato should have been assimilated... I miss bargain gems and whats hot... Zomato is seriously lackluster.

Did I mention that I hate Zamato?!? Terrible app! Pointless! Plus it says everything has been moved to our new app. Everything except James Beard, bargain gems, usability, accessibility, etc.

Hey Zomato- why spend $60 million on a company to just strip it of all that was good? While I can understand that you Urbanspoon founders were happy to get the money, all your hard work is gone. The percentage rating system was great! It made sense. I am not a fan of the 5 star system and never have been. Sad. Zomato is crap. Yup- crap.

Zomato has destroyed Urban Spoon!!! This use to be a user friendly app that I used frequently.

Zomato just remove the Urbanspoon app from the App Store if all it is going to do is tell people to download Zomato. Youre wasting peoples time!!!!! Its bad enough you ruined an AWESOME app.

I loved Urban Spoon. Unfortunately, Zomato ruined everything. I am deleting Zomato and will rely on Google until something better is developed. Another lost customer. Great job, Zomato.

Another great app forcing its way to deletion because of horrendous "improvements." Zomato has driven this app into the ground and stomped on it.

This app is terrible now that zomato has taken over! I use to use urbanspoon any time we went out for dinner, it did everything you could have wanted and more. I was so sad to see that it was going to switch over but was willing to try Zomato. I have downloaded and deleted this app now 5 times hoping someone would actually care about the reviews it was getting and go back to urbanspoons already tidy app. I will once again delete this app and am sad to say I will not be coming back. It is obvious to me zomato has no interest in listening.

Horrible... Take your money and leave a good thing alone! Bring back the real urban spoon!
